For example: for the opening concert, booking is possible from November 12.
You may write in the night between Sunday 11 and Monday 12, but the time of the e-mail has to be after midnight so that the date will be November Monday 12.

COLLECTING TICKETS AND PAYMENT

Do You have a reservation?
Please collect your tickets on the same night of the concert, at the reception, from 8 pm.
Payment is possible in cash, bancomat, credit card.
Tickets not collected within 8:30 pm will be relisted (unless otherwise agreed on the phone).
Due to the limited availability of seats, we request our audience to inform our offices in time in case of mishap.

We reserve the right to refuse requests for spectators who had distinguished themselves for inappropriate behavior in the hall or for failing to meet his or her reservation for more than two times without informing the front desk.

Don't You have a reservation?
You may come on the night of the concert, after 8 pm. In most of cases it is possible to find available seats even at the very last moment.
