| In fulfillment of its legal obligations and
as evidence of the validity of the principles of Company policy, Fazioli
Pianoforti, s.r.l. herewith.
DECLARES
- The piano was built entirely in Italy at the Fazioli factory in Sacile (Pordenone).
- The model and building plans were created by and are owned exclusively by
Fazioli Pianoforti.
- All the materials used in the instrument's construction undergo a rigorouse
selection process carried out on the basis of official Italian and foreign technical
regulations (UNI and ISO norms). None of these materials, particularly
fine woods, originate from unauthorized suppliers or in any way are in contrast
with current environmental protection principles and regulations.
- The piano has been subjected to many technical tests during construction and thorough final inspections.
WARRANTS
The piano corresponding to the above stated specifications is for a period
of 5 years starting from the date of delivery to the first buyer, determined by
the receipt of the Sales Certificate. The Manufacturer herewith undertakes to
fully remove - on a cost-free basis - all faults that may possibly occur in the
above stated period of time as a consequence of manufacturing errors or defects.
Not covered by this warranty are all possible damages that may be ascribed
to any of the following circumstances:
- Closeness to heat sources, in particular when the piano is being installed
in rooms heated by under-floor heating.
- Closeness to windows.
- Exposure to draughts.
- Installation or use of the piano in climatically uncontrolled rooms. Ideal
conditions are: relative air humidity within 45 and 65 percent; air temperature
close to 20° (68° F).
- Transport and handling damages and their possible consequences.
- Careless use, abuse, undue tampering of any kind.
Fazioli Pianoforti recommends that the piano be checked, tuned and adjusted at least twice a year by a qualified technician.
The Court of Justice of Pordenone will be competent to deal with any dispute
that may arise in connection with the enforcement of this warranty.
Works for modification, application of any kind of equipment not authorized
in advance by the manufacturer and made by technicians who are not recognized
by the manufacturer.
