Jazz’s back in Perugia, from 8 to 17 July, 2022.
After two years of cancellations (2020) and reduced editions (2021) Umbria Jazz 22 returns to Perugia from 8 to 17 July with the usual formula and renews the partnership with the Fazioli pianos.
The Arena Santa Giuliana remains the main evening stage dedicated to major events, while the Morlacchi Theater will host afternoon concerts dedicated to great jazz. In addition to the shows at the Galleria dell’Umbria and the nightclub in Via della Viola, the free outdoor concerts will also return in Piazza IV Novembre, at the Carducci Gardens and in Piazza Matteotti.
The 2022 edition also sees the return of UJ4KIDS, the musical culture promotion program dedicated to children, the specialization Clinics held by the Berklee College of Music in Boston and the Conad Jazz Contest, dedicated to emerging bands.
