Winner of the First Prize at the International Telekom Beethoven Competition in Bonn, Alberto Ferro has gained experience performing numerous concerts for prestigious festivals. As a soloist he has played with, among others, the Orchestra Filarmonica della Fenice, the Bonn Beethoven Orchestra, the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra and the Belgian National Orchestra, collaborating with conductors such as Paul Meyer, Thierry Fischer, Marin Alsop and Christian Zacharias. He is currently professor of piano at the “Umberto Giordano” State Conservatoire or Music in Foggia.
