==============

FAZIOLI exhibited at Hall 11.0 Booth C20 of the Frankfurt Musikmesse from April 11th to 14th, 2018.

The Musikmesse has a tradition as international meeting point of the Music Industry sector. Musikmesse brings together companies with retailers, professionals from the musical-instrument sector and musicians from all over the world.

FAZIOLI took this opportunity to introduce its most recent patented innovations to press representative, professionals and piano lovers alike.

On Wednesday 11th, at 3 pm and on Thursday 12th, at 12 pm an eager audience was introduced to the unique FAZIOLI manufacturing process. In the time of half an hour, the lecturer, Mr. Alec Weil gave a highly effective summary of the most important features which make FAZIOLI pianos so special.

The discussion included an overview of crucial technical features, with special focus on: soundboard, use of different woods and materials, combination of artisan skills and the most advanced technologies, continuous commitment to scientific research, new patents and much more.

On Friday 13th, from 6.30 to 7.30 pm, for the prestigious “FAZIOLI Night”, the world-class pianist Daniel Petrica Ciobanu performed on the new generation FAZIOLI F308 concert grand.  This inspired musician, defined as “a colorist, a bewitching inventor…” played music by George Enescu, Modest Mussorgsky, Alexander Scriabin and Ernesto Lecuona.

Daniel Petrica Ciobanu completed his studies at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2016 and, soon after that, earned his master’s degree in piano performance at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris “Alfred Cortot”. Even more than for his exams passed in so little time and the long series of international piano competitions where he distinguished himself, Daniel Petrica Ciobanu especially strikes for his histrionic and creative musical personality, capable of deep yet refined meditations. The most representative achievement on the international stage is his 2nd Prize and Public prize at the internationally renowed competition “Arthur Rubinstein” in Tel-Aviv in May 2017.
