From his early studies at the Shanghai Conservatory at the Juilliard School in New York, Niu Niu first established himself as a child prodigy and model student, signing a contract with EMI Classics at the age of 9, and then continued to distinguish himself on the international scene not only as a concert performer but also as a composer and arranger. Proof of this is also tonight’s program, taken from his latest album, published by Decca. He achieved further notoriety with his involvement in the NHK television series « The Piano in the Forest », broadcast by Netflix worldwide.
