RESERVATION / PURCHASE ON THE DAY OF THE CONCERT
Phone and email reservations are available starting from the Monday before each concert. For example, for the concert on October 30, in-person reservations will open on Monday, October 26.
To reserve your tickets, email concert@fazioli.com (please include both your full name and a contact telephone number). Alternatively, you can call +39 0434 72576 (ext. 3) between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Reserved tickets can be collected on the evening of the selected concert between 6:30 pm and 7:20 pm. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or debit card. Any reservations not collected by 7:20 pm will be released and made available for sale, unless alternative arrangements have been made by phone.
Tickets can also be purchased on the evening of each concert between 6:30 pm and 7:20 pm without a reservation, subject to availability. In this case, the in-person ticket price will apply.

The in-person price will be applied to all email and phone reservations and to tickets purchased at the ticket office the day of the concert.
