The subscriptions’ website allows the purchase of one subscription at a time. It’s not possible to select more than one seat for each transaction. Complete the purchasing process of one subscription before proceeding with the next one.

People born in 1987 with a birthday after the subscription date are considered included in the Reduced category (e.g.: subscription purchased on 3/10, birthday on 4/10).
SUBSCRIPTION CAMPAIGN CALENDAR
PHASE 1: SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL> CONFIRMATION OF THE SAME SEAT
By bank transfer: from October 1 and no later than October 10. A copy of the bank receipt must be sent together with personal data and telephone number to the e-mail address concert@fazioli.com (the transmission date will be considered).

In person: Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 October, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Fazioli Concert Hall ticket office. Payments accepted: cash, credit or debit card.
At this stage, you can only renew your current seat. We are unable to process any requests for seat changes until the designated day. However, subscribers can still express their intention to renew their season ticket via email or phone.
PHASE 2: SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL > SEAT CHANGE REQUEST
In person: Thursday, October 12 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Fazioli Concert Hall ticket office.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate seat change requests until the first phase of confirmations is completed. The availability of alternative seating options will depend on this outcome. If we are unable to find a suitable solution, subscribers may need to keep their current seat for the 2022/2023 season.
PHASE 3: NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS
From October 16 to 19, exclusively online.
